More About New Patient Exams
We always welcome new patients to our practice with a smile! Whether you have a dental emergency or are looking dental practice in your area that is perfect for you and your family, we’d love to help. During your first visit we will:
Go over your dental and medical history forms.
Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth.
Discuss the results.
Work with you to form a specific treatment plan.
Ease any anxiety you may have by answering all of your questions.
Perform a routine teeth cleaning which includes polishing and an assessment of your teeth and gums.
Our top priority is your comfort. For us, it starts with transparency on our website. We’d like to share more information on our practice and what you can expect when you visit us for the first time.
Our mission is to provide you with gentle, pain-free dentistry in a comfortable environment with friendly staff. For this mission to ring true, we:
- Listen to each of your individual needs and concerns.
- Treat you the same way we like to be treated ourselves.
- Educate ourselves by taking more continuing education credits than required.
- Invest in the best technology and supplies.
- Challenge ourselves and our team to be the best.
Common Questions
In most cases, unless you have had a full set of x-rays taken very recently, the dentist will want to take a new one. These are important for helping them identify any issues that may need to be corrected and designing a customized treatment plan for your mouth. Intraoral pictures may also be taken if needed.
We ask that new patients arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete their paperwork.
We strive to...
Treat our patients in a professional and caring manner
Continue to be experts in the dental field
Invest in modern technology and supplies
Challenge ourselves and our team to be the best
Insurance & Billing
We participate with most PPO insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We also accept CareCredit for six months interest free.
